Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms
This cancellation policy applies to tournament entry and football programme services provided by Kickoff Events Ltd. Accommodation and travel arrangements are contracted separately through the appointed independent travel provider and are subject to that provider’s own booking and cancellation terms.
Payment Terms - European Football Programme
Initial payment- Holding Deposit
- Amount: 20% of the total cost
- Due Date: On the day of registration
- This payment is non-refundable.
1st and 2nd Instalments
1st Instalment
- Amount: 40%
- Due Date: 120 days before the tournament or football programme commencement date
2nd Instalment
- Amount: 40%
- Due Date: 90 days before the tournament or football programme commencement date
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure tournament entry and/or A Football Programme.
Where a booking is made more than 90 days before the programme commencement date, the remaining balance for the football programme is due no later than 90 days prior to the event.
Where a booking is made within 90 days of the tournament start date, the full football programme fee is payable at the time of booking.
The Football programme is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Kickoff Events. This is when the booking becomes active. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the release of any of the holding suppliers or matches.
These payment terms apply to tournament entry and football programme services only. Accommodation and travel arrangements are contracted separately and are subject to the payment terms of the relevant provider.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to Kickoff Events. The date of cancellation will be determined by the date on which Kickoff Events acknowledges receipt of the cancellation notice. It is the responsibility of the academy or club to ensure that cancellation correspondence is properly received.

Team Entry is non refundable once paid.
Refund Terms - European Tournaments and Football Programmes Only:
Cancellation Terms – Football Programme
If a team cancels its participation, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 90 days before the event
The team deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made towards the football programme will be refunded.
Between 90 and 61 days before the event
50% of the total football programme fee is non-refundable.
60 days or less before the event
100% of the football programme fee is non-refundable.
Refund terms above apply only to tournament and programme fees payable to Kickoff Events. Accommodation refunds are governed by the individual accommodation booking terms.
Cancellation charges reflect the increasing level of costs and commitments incurred by Kickoff Events as the tournament and/or Football programme approaches.
Accommodation cancellations are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the accommodation provider and may differ from the above schedule.
Force Majeure
Kickoff Events shall not be liable for any cancellation, refund, or other compensation in the event that the tournament is delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
Kickoff Events shall not be liable for cancellation or disruption relating to accommodation or travel arrangements, which remain the responsibility of the relevant provider.
Amendments
Kickoff Events reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing to all parties with active payment deposited bookings.
Governing Law
This cancellation policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
